My jubilee writing

Hi my name is Alex and am 10 years old and i go it Oaklands School. We just had our schools 50th jubilee in the 100th jubilee i will be 60.


Oaklands school has changed lots like the tennis court in 1964 now we have the school hall iin 2014 the roll has grown, In 1964 we rang the school ball by hand but in 2014 there is a automatic school bell. There are rugby posts but we use it for soccer with them.

lots more playgrounds like the year 1-2, 3-4 and the year 5-8 playground. In 1964 there were approximately 240 students, 9 staff and 7 classrooms. Now in 2014 there is approximately 580 students 27 teachers and 25 classrooms.

Prompt

Hundreds of years ago, there lived a wrinkly decrepit man who lived in a cottage. Then on one stormy night the man found a secret room. Suddenly the man was teleported to the sky. Next the gods told him he did something forbidden. Shortly after the gods turn him into a bronze statue. Before he became bronze he screamed ''NOOOOOooooooo'' his voice became weaker and weaker. After he wa planted back down on Earth. Years and years later people found that statue planted on Earth. Eventually they found out what happened. People moved the statue between two tree. Where it was remained forever.

100wc week 7

prompt is I could not believe that smell.

On one superb morning when I was walking on the street. I found a school bag on the lying on the ground, I went and had a look inside the bag to see who's it is then "ewe!'' I shouted, I could not believe that smell. "Whats that smell in that lunch box?'' I asked I held my breath as long as I could and saw flies over the lunch box. I had to take another breath. I went down an checked the lunch box in the school bag. I opened the lunch box slowly. I spotted a mouldy apple and bread and sushi in the in the lunch box. It smelt disgusting I quickly shut the lunch box and walked away.

My recount about Elephant

Yesterday I had the most embarrassing day I have ever had in my life. Well that day I was walking around the road when I slipped into a muddy hole. The next thing I did was try and get out but it didn't work so I thought I would be stuck there forever. Then I was was screaming for help but no one came to rescue me. Finally people came by, noticed me and gave me leaves to eat. After about half an hour the zoo keeper came to help me get out of the muddy hole they used a rope to pull me out of the muddy hole Eventually they saved me and I was free.

Living springs camp poem

Living springs camp, new experience.
   
The initiatives game people running around.

Peoples balance was like the wind blowing.

the climbing tired people like they are getting tasered.

the jump noise could make an Earthquake.

strategies flying in our minds.

Pop Art

Choose your culture, treat it four ways
We are learning about the elements and techniques of paintings.We are able to share our cultural identities through the Arts

I selected China as my culture that I was going to paint.I used technology to research icons about China and I choose to draw the Chinese panda because it's a native animal to China and only China have them . 

Next we were learning about pop art created by Andy Warhol .In this style of art is very famous and use poplur icons about your culture and paint them. We chose your colour styles like primary colours are red, blue and yellow 
Secondary colours are orange, purple and green 
Complimentary colours are green, red, blue, and orange, yellow and purple.

Then we learnt about the colour wheel are colour that go well together. After we learnt about Analagous colours are three colours beside each other on the colour wheel. Then we drawled a draft on an A4 piece of paper after our draft we got our good copy then we traced the other three pictures on the A4 piece of paper . After that we chose the colours on the colour wheel to help us to paint our pictures icons.

I chose 
Complementary colours Blue, green and orange 
 Analagous colours yellow, green and blue 
Black and white 
Monochromatic orange

I feel that I am at Relational because I understand art but i am not that good at art. I have achieved
Lots of things about pop art.
